YUKI is a small metal adapter card that slides inside your case, before you insert the phone, so you can attach LOUVINI straps, cords and phone jewellery.

• Round silver metal spring ring
• Works with cords, chains and phone jewellery fitted with standard lobster clasps (not with ring-shaped clasps)
• Only compatible with cases that cover the bottom of the phone
• Not recommended with soft cases

SAMSUNG

Just go to Settings > "About phone". There you can see the name and model number of your Samsung phone

I-PHONE

1. Open the "Settings" app

2. At the top, you will see your Apple ID / iCloud ID profile picture and your name. Tap on it.

3. Scroll down until you see your devices. The first device should be your iPhone; you will then see the name and model of your device.

LEATHER PRODUCTS WARRANTY

We take great care in crafting our leather products, which are handmade in a traditional atelier in Europe.

Our leather products are covered by a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. 

If a manufacturing defect is identified, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost.

To preserve their original appearance for as long as possible, our leather products should be handled with care. Natural wear and tear, particularly of the leather, is not considered a manufacturing defect.
