As a data analyst, you will have a central role in improving the performance of our online sales. Thanks to the results of your analyses, you will participate in the continuous improvement of the company's marketing actions.

A true ambassador of our brand, you will be responsible for the satisfaction of our B2C (individuals) and B2B (shops) customers and will have the following main missions: * Customer relations * Identification and canvassing of new distributors in France and Europe * Participation in trade fairs (Maison & Objet, Who's Next) * Processing of customer requests on the various channels (mails, telephone, social networks, etc.) * Management of returns, after-sales service * Regular updating of site products and -commerce * Participation in the daily tasks of the startup

You will be responsible for the declination of the brand's visual content, from the creation of newsletters and other communication media, to participation in photo shoots of the collection.
