We take great care in crafting our leather products, which are handmade in a traditional atelier in Europe.
Our leather products are covered by a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
If a manufacturing defect is identified, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost.
To preserve their original appearance for as long as possible, our leather products should be handled with care. Natural wear and tear, particularly of the leather, is not considered a manufacturing defect.
If you purchased your product from one of our retailers, please contact them directly so they can assist you with you warranty claim.
