The LOU & TESSA set (leather case and phone cord) lets you take your phone anywhere, without having to hold it or put it in a bag.

LOU case details

• Made in Europe
• Italian leather with fine grainage, smooth and soft to the touch
• Raised edges to protect screen and camera
• Microfibre lining to protect against scratches
• Small pocket with gold snap button for credit card
• Two golden rings to attach a strap, 18k gold-plated to resist oxidation
• The inside of the case may be blue or black depending on the production batch

TESSA cord details

• Detachable braided cord with two gold-plated metal swivel clasps
• Colour: Fuchsia
• Highly stain-resistant cord, strong & light
• OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified
• Adjustable length from 80 to 150 cm; can be detached for a different look or use
• The swivel clasps and other metal parts are 18-carat gold-plated (to resist oxidation) and engraved with the brand logo

The case comes in a pretty box and the cord in a small cotton pouch.

SAMSUNG

Just go to Settings > "About phone". There you can see the name and model number of your Samsung phone

I-PHONE

1. Open the "Settings" app

2. At the top, you will see your Apple ID / iCloud ID profile picture and your name. Tap on it.

3. Scroll down until you see your devices. The first device should be your iPhone; you will then see the name and model of your device.

LEATHER PRODUCTS WARRANTY

We take great care in crafting our leather products, which are handmade in a traditional atelier in Europe.

Our leather products are covered by a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. 

If a manufacturing defect is identified, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost.

To preserve their original appearance for as long as possible, our leather products should be handled with care. Natural wear and tear, particularly of the leather, is not considered a manufacturing defect.
