• Italian leather with a crocodile-embossed finish
• Raised edges to protect the screen and camera

• Small pocket with a gold snap button for a credit card
• Two golden rings to attach a strap, 18-carat gold-plated to resist oxidation
• The inside of the case may be blue or black depending on the production batch

DALIA Crocodile chain details

• Gold-plated link chain with a crocodile pendant, together with the signature Louvini medallion
• Two gold-plated swivel clasps so it attaches easily to any of our cases
• 124 cm long (swivel clasps included)
• Can be worn crossbody or as a necklace

Each product comes in a small cotton pouch or a pretty LOUVINI box.

Just go to Settings > "About phone". There you can see the name and model number of your Samsung phone

I-PHONE

1. Open the "Settings" app

2. At the top, you will see your Apple ID / iCloud ID profile picture and your name. Tap on it.

3. Scroll down until you see your devices. The first device should be your iPhone; you will then see the name and model of your device.

LEATHER PRODUCTS WARRANTY

We take great care in crafting our leather products, which are handmade in a traditional atelier in Europe.

Our leather products are covered by a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. 

If a manufacturing defect is identified, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost.

To preserve their original appearance for as long as possible, our leather products should be handled with care. Natural wear and tear, particularly of the leather, is not considered a manufacturing defect.

If you purchased your product from one of our retailers, please contact them directly so they can assist you with you warranty claim.
