CHARLIE case details

• Raised edges to protect the screen and camera
• Reinforced and extra transparent back treated to resist yellowing
• Softer sides for a good grip
• The attachment loops for the straps are incorporated into the case for ultimate resistance

Please note that the cases for the Samsung S22 Ultra and S23 Ultra models do not have a compartment for storing the S-Pen.

CUORE chain details

• Chain with large hearts in high-quality coloured resin, made in Italy
• 2 gold-plated swivel clasps for easy attachment to all our cases
• 120 cm long (swivel clasps included)
• Can be worn crossbody or as a necklace

The case comes in a pretty box and the chain in a small cotton pouch.

Just go to Settings > "About phone". There you can see the name and model number of your Samsung phone

I-PHONE

1. Open the "Settings" app

2. At the top, you will see your Apple ID / iCloud ID profile picture and your name. Tap on it.

3. Scroll down until you see your devices. The first device should be your iPhone; you will then see the name and model of your device.

We take great care in crafting our leather products, which are handmade in a traditional atelier in Europe.

Our leather products are covered by a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. 

If a manufacturing defect is identified, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost.

To preserve their original appearance for as long as possible, our leather products should be handled with care. Natural wear and tear, particularly of the leather, is not considered a manufacturing defect.

If you purchased your product from one of our retailers, please contact them directly so they can assist you with you warranty claim.
